Duplicated Ads and scams

why are there so many dupe adds and why are these ads not getting moderated?

I saw 3 scams after each other this weekend, They say they are from the US but their IP is from Nigeria. 

Why are these not getting moderating and taken down from your site?

Where are you seeing their IP?

You understand that it is a serious violation of Upwork's terms of service to communicate with any client outside the platform before a contract is in place?

Freelancers who do this not only risk being scammed and risk being suspended from the platform, they are also contributing to the problem.

I'm tired of saying that. We need a shortcut key for "Don't communicate outside the platform or you'll be scammed and suspended".
