ENORMOUS DIFFICULTIES TO GET A NEW CONTRACT

Hello, I'm really having a hard time getting new contracts despite my Top Rated rank and my 100% JSS. Can you please direct me to the real origin of the problem? I have really tried everything so far, and I can't figure out what exactly is wrong, and I must admit that this situation is quite frustrating. Thanks for your feedback

Don't send templet to get client's. Read Job post carefully and give customized answers. Ask few question about the project. And don't rush kepp calm. and keep bidding.
