I have completed my project so very nicely. But my client did not give me my payment and he paused my contract. I send him a request to give my payment but he did not any response to me. So what can I do to get my payment?

Is it an hourly contract? (As only hourly contracts can be paused by the client) Did you track your hours with the Upwork tracker?
Then you generally get paid automatically according to the weekly billing cycle.

Yes, It was an hourly contract. Unfortunately, I did not open the time
tracker. I contracted with him $5 / hours and a maximum time of 10
hours/week.
