Hi! My balance indicated I had 16 dollars and I pressed the "Get Paid Now" button. My payment method is "direct to local bank", so I checked my bank account but had no money even though I got the e-mail from Upwork.
I checked my payment method and realized I chose some wrong information on my account that now I've corrected (I had it on Checking account instead of Saving). After that, my Upwork balance is still 0 and it says that they've already paid me, but my bank account hasn't received any money.
Is there any way to get this money back or did I loose it?

Consult with your bank manager instead of asking Upwork. I believe your bank has received the money.

Hi Rodrigo,
If the payment method you used is incorrect, the funds will be refunded back to your Upwork account which usually takes from 7 to 10 days.
