Earning and Billing hours is not showing.

I got a good review from one client, but I can't see it in my profile.
Even earned money and billing hours are not displaying.

 

And, my Rising Talent badge is not showing. I would like to know the reason, and want to get this badge again.

When did that contract end? If this week, if will not show after until the hours are billed  next week.

After another 2 to 3 more completed contracts you'll get a JSS.(You need 4-5 from at least 3 different clients)

Regarding JSS, I have 4.8 score in my profile.

I am worrying it will decrease my future score. Can you check it if it can decrease my JSS?

If it cost you your RT status, it will also have an impact on the JSS, yes. Presumably you didn't have great private feedback on that contract.

If the client change the feedback, it can improve my JSS?

No, and never EVER pester a client to change feedback. Public feedback is mainly meaningless, and private feedback can not be changed.

Make sure you have as many contracts with different clients before you get the JSS go absolutely perfectly, so that one "not 100% great" outcome will not weigh too heavily.

I am really worrying about it. If you can tell me about approximate score, I am really appreciated for it.

It will motivate for me to get high goal in Upwork.

There is no point trying to guess because we do not knoow how many completed contracts you will have had by the time you get a JSS or what private feedback you will have from all those contracts.

Forget about the JSS and concentrate on your clients and your contracts.

 

My first contract was just closed and paid. When it will show earnings on my profile since my earning was showing 0 even after paid.

Hi Aleksandar,

 

In order for a contract to be listed on your profile funds needs to be exchanged. Since the hours you have worked are tracked in this week, your client still hasn't been billed. Clients on hourly contracts are billed every Monday for the time worked in the previous week.

But nothing has been paid (yet) - so it can not show.

The client will be charged on Monday, so it will show after that, Tuesday or so.
