Solved: Earnings statement for 2017

I need to get my earnings statement so I can match what I report to the IRS with what Upwork has reported. Upwork has deleted any statement before April 2017 and never sent a statement at the end of the year. WTF??? How am I supposed to get that number right so I don't get audited? And there are no actual humans at this company to whom I can speak.

Please help!!!

Hi Rupal,

You can use the 'Transaction History' reports and filter by dates and Debits/Credits to see the total fees paid vs. billed, or use your Earnings By Client report to see that information. Earnings information from all of your time on Upwork should be able to be accessed here, Upwork doesn't delete this information from your account. You can adjust the date range to filter the results to match any date range that you want to view a report for. You may wish to also have a look at this article about Reporting Income from Upwork.
