Edit payment schedule problem

Hi, this is Samir.

I joined Upwork recently. I added my Paypal as my payment method. However, when I try to edit my payment schedule, a weird message pops up. The picture of the problem is attached. I also would like to know how long does it take Upwork to approve a payment method?
