I recently sent a request to update my name because I was using a pseudo name as it was easier for clients to pronounce my name then. I recently came across your identity verification notice and thought to get it done but for that, I had to update my name first. I haven't heard back on my initial request and I just sent another one. Could anyone assist?

Hey Goran,
It's been 72 hours since I sent the first request and in a few hours it will be 24 hours to my second request. No word yet and I keep getting notifications for the identity verification in order to work. I have 4 contracts so panicking a little 🙂
