Effect of Unpaid Future Milestone on Profile (or job success score)

Hope you are having a great day.

I am a bit concerned about Job success score and effects on my profile if my client adds a milestone(not funded) in an active contract and then deletes it 2 days later because he no longer needs it.

The active contract already have 1 completed and paid milestone and another work in progress milestone. This was something he was struggling with and thought he might need my help on that, but then he was able to figure it out himself and no longer needs it now and it makes total sense on his end to delete the milestone. This is a great client and I want to keep a healthy communication with him and suggest him best way to manage the contract so that it' doesn't hurt my profile in the end.

If this affects my profile in any way, please suggest a correct way to handle the situation. ( client was sure he'll need my help, created an unfunded milestone and then he changed his mind and wanted to delete it).
