I have seen also many threads where people mention this with no luck, being told to submit their questions in their tickets directly which I dont think is logical. If anyone from the moderators is going to tell me the sameplacement, please refrain from replying as I'm only looking for helpful commenrs.حد من مصر يقدر يساعد؟

I posted a national active Id card, full name,DOB,picture and literally
everything, it was rejected so I posted my driver's license which also has
a full name and my picture plus it proves I'm above 18 too, everything gets
rejected even though the pictures are clear and unedited and I followed the
guidelines as it is.
