Egypt NBE IBAN issue

Hello iam trying to add a billing meathod to my local bank account 

i add the swift code and here in Egypt the swift code NBE ( National Bank of Egypt ) is Same like the IBAN 

so when i add the IBAN .. it gives me this ( 

Invalid IBAN Number. IBAN is different than account number and may vary by country.

)

while its the right IBAN Number By the Bank
