Eligible weeks for top-rated program

Hello. Can someone explain to me why the eligible weeks aren't counting on my stats even if I fulfill all criteria for it.

You earn “Top Rated” status by building an impressive reputation on Upwork. The eligibiltiy criteria includes the following:

- A current Job Success Score of 90% or higher - Maintained Rising Talent status or a Job Success Score of at least 90% for 13 of the last 16 weeks - An account in good standing with no recent account holds (for agencies this is required for all members).

- 12-month earnings of at least $1,000 - Up-to-date availability (if unavailable now, set a date estimate)

- Activity on the platform (proposal, accepted invitation, or earnings) in the past 90 days

Once you are eligible your account will be reviewed and you will receive a notification email informing you of your new status.

It can take up to 48 hours from the receipt of the email for your profile to be updated.
