Yes, but at some point in the last 16 weeks presumably it was not. So those weeks have to work their way through the 16 week rolling window,

Hi Babul,
If you had a week or more with a lower score of 90% it will not be counted in your Top Rated eligible weeks.
It may take a while for non-eligible weeks to fall off of the calculation and for the count of eligible weeks to go up. You can learn more about it in the section "Calculating Top Rated Eligible Weeks" of this help article. Thank you.

Hi Petra,
Can you please help me resolving this issues. My eligible weeks are not updated from 4 weeks.

Hi Babul,
In order for the number of eligible weeks to increase, your non-eligible weeks will need to be "pushed out." If an eligible week falls off of the calculation each week, the total number of eligible weeks won't increase. You can find more information here.

Yes. As explained. The "bad weeks" need to work their way through the 16 week window until they fall out. See above. Read carefully and look at the graph.

Does this help? You had some non eligible weeks in your window, but they sit in the middle. So every "good" week you add to one end of the rolling window, a good" week falls out at the other end. So until your "bad" weeks get to the end and start falling out, nothing will change.

Hello Petra!
Still don't understand how it works.
So let's say my jss was 88% for 4 weeks. It rase up to 94% on 5 December, Right now (14 December) stats shows that I have 12 eligible weeks of 16. So I need 1 more eligible week, to get "Top Rated" badge back. In my case, how many weeks should past since 5 December, so I will get 13 eligible weeks out of 16?

As soon as the first of your non-eligible weeks falls out of the 16 week window. So essentially 16 weeks after your JSS dropped to 88%

Hello Petra!
I have similar doubt, On 29th Nov2021 my JSS dropped to 89% when Eligible weeks were 04 of 16, then after 2 weeks, on 12th Dec2021 my JSS rises to 90%, Now on 24th Jan2022 my Eligible weeks are 12 of 16 with the same JSS 90%, when can I expect my top-rated badge? and one more thing number of eligible weeks didn't change from 12 to 13 on 31st Jan.
