Email associated with inactive account HELP

So, I was unable to complete my profile first time. Now when I was going to create new profile it gave me error that my email is associated with an inactive account. 

I have created this account through another email to report the moderators to help me in this situation. Now I have received the notification to verify my id through video. I cant message the mods as i dont have the privilege to message them. I will delete this account ASAP my problem is solved.

Well, that is what you need to do then.

However: your profile is still as entirely fake as it was earlier today. Good luck proving that you are the person in your profile picture (in which case you look remarkably like a well known actor) and your legal name is what it says on your profile and you studied at Oxford.

Nobody could possibly be so tremendously dumb as to call excessive attention to their fake profile, could they?
He went private so they will never figure it out now!
