I'm trying to change my contact email to my personal, but when I try it says the email is in use. But when I try and use my personal to log in, it says it's not recognized. I'm confused.

Umm...logging in wasn't the problem. Changing my email to my personal is.

Thanks, I want to make sure it goes to my personal, since I no longer have access to my CollinsMedia.com account. Kind of why I am trying to get it fixed.
