Email from a former client

I received an email from a former client of mine to book services for Client X on the Wix App with the following message:-

Book Services for Client X on the Wix app!

Hey, Join me at Client X on the Wix app to get updates, make bookings, and pay for services right from your mobile.

Mind you, I worked for this client in 2017 and I completed the job assignment and the contract ended in 2017. He did send me an invitation in 2018 for a job posting but I declined the invitation. 

I am not sure what to make of this email. Any suggestions?

Sounds like a promotional email.  It's a mass email sent to everyone on the client's contact list.
