I can't receive Upwork notifications in my email.
I used to receive all notifications.
I disabled all notifications once and enabled them again, but the problem is still not solved.
Please help.

It could be two things:
1. Your notification time is not enabled properly. See if email notifications for messages has some big number as time. See if you have thse settings enabled: (see image)
2. Check your spam box if the emails are being marked spam. There is no other reason why you would not be getting notifications 🙂
