The client wishes to re-hire me and mentioned there was a misunderstanding due to which he provided less rating. When I checked the project to allow him to revert to his genuine feedback, I could not find the option "Enable the client to change feedback". Could you share how it can be enabled from the backend?

It mentioned there " In order to edit their feedback, they must contact you and request your permission to do so." In my case, the client says he is not able to see any option to change feedback for me. Could you please dig deep into it and reply with proper response.

You are unable to see the option to enable the client to edit feedback because you didn't leave feedback for your contracts with this client. If you would like to leave feedback for the client, your client will have to enable you to edit your feedback.

I checked this for you and you have already enabled the client to change the feedback provided for the contract you're referring to. You may ask them to change their feedback on this project under the Feedback tab of the contract room. Please this help article for more information.
