End Contract

Dear Concern,

I started a fixed price contract on the May 2020. The work was submitted on time but client did not approve the payment then I send a request to approve payment , after 15 days upwork approve my payment but the job is still showing in progress. I want to end this contract. If I do this that will any effect on my job sucesse score or any bad impact on my profile?

Please advice me. Thanks in advance.
