End contract and lost the Escrow.

Hi all,

My clients hasnt been responsive for a week after I submited the work. I have end the contract but then I realize the escrow money is lost. Can I get the escrow money back? or does Upwork support in this case?

I don't know if they will give you the money since what usually happens is that after 14 days of the delivery you get paid if the client is unresponsive. You ended the contract before the 14 days had passed.
