Hello everyone,

I ended contract to client. Client has funded but not paid.

Can he leave any feedback?

Private feedback, yes. And that is what will decide the impact on your JSS.

If no payment was released to you, no public feedback will show on your profile.

At the next update, which will be two weeks from today. You only had 5 contracts, so expect the i,pact to be considerably **IF** the client leaves negative private feedback.

Ups.. This is problem. I did not know. I am just beginner.  Thanks for info 😞

If client  do not leave any feedback. Then what happens?

The client will be asked the reason for the contract ending, as you have been.

Just wait and see what happens in 2 weeks.

Ok, Thank you

Hi Anzori,

Note that contracts without any payments or on which a freelancer issued a full refund can affect the Job Success Score even if your client doesn't leave private feedback, in case there's a pattern of contracts with this outcome.

Hi Vladimir G.

Client has funded but not paid.

Hi Anzori,

Are you referring to the same contract you mentioned in your opening statement, that was closed without payment?

Untitled

Yes

Hi Anzori,

I see the refunds of Escrow funds was approved on this contract. I'll reiterate that users can leave private feedback on contracts even if no money was paid.

OK,

I understand,

Thank you
