Ending Contract and bad private feedback by mistake

Hi Petra,

I am top rated, so maybe I could use the perk to take out this contract from my JSS, becausr of the great damage it will cause, although it was just an error made by the client?

What do you advise me to do?

Wait. See what happens to your JSS during the next calculation and then decide what to do. Also, go read the posts in the New to Upwork section of the forums. Many of the questions you have asked in this post have been answered. And, while it is okay to ask questions, you might avoid some future problems by learning the answers before you need them.

Yes, the client was such in panic, that I didn't have the time to look for other forum contributions. I will gladly follow your advice and read in the Newcomer posts to learn from them. It is always a learning process on Upwork Smiley Happy. Learning the hard way, I would say Smiley Happy.

 

It is invaluable that we have this forum to communicate and share our experiences.
