Ending a Contract

Hi!

I accepted an offer and entered into a contract 6 months ago. The client had some "personal issues" going on and never sent the work to me. She hasn't responded to my messages. How do I just end the contract without it affecting my score?

If you did no work, you should refund any money the client put in escrow. If it was hourly pay, that doesn't apply. You don't affect your job success score by closing the contract.
