Ending a contract as a freelancer

Being a freelancer, can I end a contract by myself after completing the job successfully? Will it affect my JSS?

Hi Maham,

You do have the option to end a contract as a freelancer; however, to ensure that you will receive feedback, it is best to have your client to close the contract instead. Closing a contract doesn't affect your Job Success score by itself but a pattern of contracts without feedback from clients can as well as contracts that are inactive for a long time. That's why it's advisable that you communicate with your clients and have them close the contracts and provide their feedback. Let us know if you have other questions. Thanks!
