Is it possible for me to end a fixed price contract that already started?
The client gave me some basic info about the requirements, but not everything, she said she would send the rest via email which hasn't happened yet (over a month ago)
She is supposed to travel next month and do the projects she handed to me, but I can't do them with the information I have right now.
She hasn't replied to me in over a month, I've tried both Upwork and Skype.
Is there any options other than waiting it out?

Yes you have an option to end contract, if you look at job page, next to chosen contract you can find a icon, on click a list of options will be given to you included end contract.

Yes, you can end the contract from the contract details page if the client is not responding to you. Please make sure to discuss job scope and time frame in detail with clients going forward to minimize the possibility of a similar outcome.
