I've completed a project successfully and also get paid but the client has not ended the contract and after asking for it so many times still, he is not responding, what should I do, If I'll end the contract on my end, is my "job success score" will get affected by it?

One "no feedback" here and there won't hurt your JSS. If you wait and then one day decide to close 3-4 contracts at once (like I did a couple of months ago) it may drop a few points.
Upwork introduced a great improvement recently. One week after you've closed a contract, the client will receive a notification and be prompted to leave feedback.

And it totally works! I received one feedback because of it.
Anyway, with such a great track record, you have nothing to worry about 🙂
