I always get this error message:

Hi John,

 

You are not able to apply because your profile hasn't been approved to be published on the marketplace yet. I see that you have improved your profile overview and it looks much nicer now. I would suggest you update your profile title as well to focus more on the kind of work you can do and attract potential clients. Please re-submit your profile for a review once you update it.
