Error Message / Can't View Jobs and Submit Proposals

I can't access job postings to submit proposals and am receiving this message:

 

"We can't complete your request now
We're experiencing an unexpected spike in traffic. Please try again later.
To report this problem, click here.

For availability updates, visit our site status page."

 

Is anyone else having this issue?

Yes -- same problems.

It’s an *Active Incident* now according to https://status.upwork.com Robot Sad
