Error : Oops! Username is incorrect when login to my account

Hello,

Since few days ago, I can't login to my account and I am getting this error "Oops! Username is incorrect." whenever try to login.

Yesterday, I have created new account with new email to reach out the support team and I tried to post new topic here, but that account also was getting same error after some hours.

So I have created new account again to solve the errors exactly and to reach out you again.

Please help me to solve this errors and restore my account fully asap.
