Error While GET PAID

Why I get error message when go to menu "Get Paid"?

 

Anyone experiencing this today?

Hi were you able to process it? I am also getting an error message earlier but after a couple of tries, it did go through but i did not get any payment confirmation so i dont really know

Hi Kurnia Angga and Maria Antonette,

 

For Direct to Local Bank transfer, payments take up to four business days to arrive at your bank. Please allow time for the process to complete. If after 8 business days the funds are still not reflected in your account, kindly let us know so we can initiate a trace for you.

Did you look at the screenshots of the error message?

Hi Petra,

 

Yes, I did. I checked with the team already about this, and have also checked both accounts. They might need to clear cache and cookies or use a different browser.

After a couple a tries, it did go through and I got confirmation in email. Now I'm waiting for "Your Payment Has Been Processed" notification.

How about now? is confirmation arrived?
