Error With my Proposed Terms while bidding on any Project.

I post the same issues already on Upwork but didn't get any response from any of the members of the Upwork team. I am facing an issue while bidding on any project. 

The proposed terms price automatically gets changed into per hour even if I choose the One-Time Project milestone for my bid. 

You already very well know that there is no option to choose per hour price if the client chooses One-Time Budget. But my proposal automatically converted into per hour price which I chose as a One-Time Amount.

Please solve this issue as soon as possible as due to this I don't able to bid on any of your projects. This time please take my issue seriously.
