Error attaching/downloading files

My client had uploaded to docx files but when I click on them they don’t open correctly. On safari and iPhone app it’s a blank page, on chrome there’s database/server error message (don’t remember exact text)
I’m having to ask client to email me so I can start work but would prefer to keep it all in upwork

Please advise, or let me know when it will be resolved
