Error in Upgrade your membership to see the bid range

Hello Team

 

My problem can't see the bid ranage anymore and give me the below error

 

Upgrade your membership to see the bid range

 

For your information i upgrate my membership to plus since 27/2/2021 till now can't see any bid ranage in all jobs .1.PNG

when open any jobs give me 

Upgrade your membership to see the bid range 2.PNG3.PNG4.PNG

 Note

This happen with me before ur system update

Hi Ahmed,

 

I checked and it looks like you only added Connects without purchasing the membership plan. Please note that to upgrade to Freelancer Plus, you'll need to:

 

Go to Settings > Memberships & Connects

Click the View or Edit Membership Plan

Click the Upgrade button on the Plus plan

 

The change should be reflected in your Memberships & Connects Summary here.

Hey Andrea

 

Thank you for faster reply but this not what happen with me .

 

- what happen with me when i was trying put my offer ( new  job )  and was need more connects to can do it give me massage to can upgrate my account to freelancer .

-so when click on freelancer plus   give me maltichoose than added connects without upgrate my account to membership plan .

first dont loocking deep my problem her just want to make it SOLVED

sec. can't reply for her answer and asking me to open new ticket .
