Hi!
Currently, I have 4 jobs, one of them was unfinished for 3 months, cause client didn't response, and then I was busy (he still didn't response me). So I write to support, cause my job success score was 75% in case of this unfinished job. So they closed it, but it's still 75% success score. It's not my fault, that client doesn't respond and doesn't give me any chance to complete my work. So, for sure, it's error in calculating success score.
Now I have 3 completed work with 5 star's rating and 1 closed in case of the unresponsible client.

Hi Vladimir,
When you leave a contract open and inactive, the impact to your score takes longer to appear (typically a few months). Leaving inactive contracts will not have any impact on your JSS.
Keep in mind that private feedback is also included in your calculation from every client not just one, keep focusing on small fixed price projects so that they are included in your calculation little bit faster.

Nope. A significant percentage of contracts that end without feedback has a negative effect on your JSS. With so few completed contracts every single one represents "a significant percentage."
It is not an error, this is how it is calculated.
