Error message, can't publish new images to portfolio

Hello,

 

I'm trying to add images to my portfolio but keep getting an error message when I click publish. Its been a few days and it still comes up. I have tried clearing my cache and a different browser.

Thanks, how long will it take to get a response? I just paid to upgrade my account and I would like to start using it but need to update my portfolio first.
