Error on forum notifications

Every time I open the forum I see the green dot next to the alarm bell icon, indicating I have notifications. And every time, I see the above message.

Thank you for your message. Did you try refreshing the forum page or checking on a different browser? Could you please try refreshing the page after clearing Cookies and Cache on your browser? Feel free to message us if problems persist.

It goes away after I refresh, but every time I log in, it's there again. I will let you know if it reoccurs.
