Error trying to Upload a Resume/Portfolio (New Freelancer)

Hi there,

I'm a new user on Upwork trying to upload my resume as a PDF file. I have tried different browsers and PDF versions but all have failed.

There was an error message as follows:

"There was an error loading this page: error [6fa1d684cff0ff98-PDX, 6fa1d684cff0ff98-PDX]. Contact Upwork Support for more information."

Can you help me with this issue?
