This has happened several times now. Whenever the client tries to fund the Direct Contract, they get the following error:
"We are experiencing a technical problem and cannot process your request right now. Please try again."
They have tried clearing their cache and cookies, even used a new browser. Their bank account allows international transactions so we know the issue is not on their end.
