Error

We are in process of subscription renewals and upgrades are not possible during that period. Please come back later.

 

M getting this error again and agin

Hi Piyush, 


It looks like your membership plan ends on the 8th of every month, and renews on the 9th. Your membership plan is about to renew, and you will need to wait for your billing cycle to restart before you can make changes to your membership plan.

But I dis not purchase any plan before today

Hi Piyush, 

When you set up your account and profile, you were asked to choose a membership plan. If you check your Membership & Connects page (Settings > Memberships & Connects), you will see that you are currently under the Freelancer Basic plan. If you were trying to upgrade to the Freelancer Plus plan, you will need to wait for your plan to renew first since you're billing cycle is about to start.
