Escheatment

I earned $3 here at upwork in 2011 which upwork took from me last year under Escheatment. I want to purchase connects and want to apply on jobs since i am at home because of covid-19. how can get my money back? i don't want to invest any penny at this stage. i didn't receive any message from upwork asking me to withdraw my money or they will take it from my account since i haven't withdrew it since long.
