Escrow refund request

My client hired me for a job and funded. However, suddenly she found that she has some mistakes from her side and need to fix them for about 3-4 months. Now, she had to ask for escrow refund, close the contract and she promised to rehire me once everything is fixed.

How will this affect my JSS?
Is there anyway to show her comment on the job post, so that my other client will know that it's not my fault?

Hi Nhu,

Refunding the Escrow amount will not affect your JSS, the private feedback that the client can leave after closing the contract will be included in your JSS calculation.
Just to confirm, did you finished any work on your contract? If yes I would suggest to negotiate with your client to get paid for the work you have finished. Please keep in mind that our Fixed-Price Protection for Freelancers does not cover promised funds or unfunded milestones. Thank you.

No, we haven't carry on working yet. 😄 We was just waiting for the error to be fixed before working, but unfortunately it took longer than we expected.
