Escrow refund

Hi, if a client ends a contract with some money in the escrow & the freelancer doesn't dispute it, does the money from escrow get refunded instantly or does it take some time?

If the freelancer accepts the request for a refund of the escrow funds, it is refunded immediately, but may take a few days before it reflects back on the client's credit card or payment method.

If the freelancer ignores the request and neither disputes or accepts it, the funds are sent back to the client after 7 days, but may take a few additional  days before they reflect back on the client's credit card or payment method
