Escrow return requests

Hi, everyone! I finished the work and sent the files to the client. However, some part of the money was paid. There is writen that the client wants a refund and I have to return the money. But the client does not want a refund, it's mistake. What should I do to cancel the Escrow return requests?

You can't cancel it.

You can only either agree or dispute.

It can be fixed by the client paying the money that you are owed as a bonus, then you agree to the return of the escrow funds.
