Ethical Answer on Hourly Contracts

Hi, I am new here to the Upwork platform. Thankfully, I received my first contract from a client doing some SEO work. 

The client has already a ready strategy plan and he wants someone only to implement it on his websites, so there will be a lot of explanation from his side. The work is divided into tasks. Each task I finish, I send it for review and approval.

My question is, do I open the tracker when he is explaining and reviewing each task or not? 

Please provide me with an ethical answer, I'm not here just to eat money!

Yes.

You should track time when meeting with this client, even if it is to receive explanation.
