Should I made more than 500$ with each client to get the service fees percentage down, or I need to make just 500$ with one client to get less service fees with all the rest of my clients ?
Thank you Guru Nichola L. I realized a few minutes ago that it has to be, like you said, $500 with one client. But I was still not sure so I came here in Community Discussions to see if the question had been raised before. Your answer if very clear. Thank you. Your comment was a couple of years ago but it is still up to date. Hope you are still in Upwork to read this message. 😉
It has to be with the same client.
The he fee for each new client is 20% until you reach $500. Then any work you do for that client will be %10.
EDIT: Nichola beat me to it.
I'm facing the same problem actually.... I have earned 1000$ wit the same client and I was charged 20%.
Could you explain me what's going on please?
