Exceed attempts for phone number for two step verification

I have an issue when I've tried to enable my two-step-verification. I had once input my phone number, but It took so long to get the OTP code and after that, I close the app. Later on, I've tried to put the same phone number it said "I have exceeded the number of send attempts for my number." please help me thankyou.
