Experience Level suddenly missing from Profile Info

Hello community,

I'm hoping someone could help me in what i can only assume is an easy fix?

The experience level doesn't appear anywhere on my profile information or settings. I'd like to be able to change it. I've followed the guidance in the UpWork help section and the experience level section doesn't exist for my profile.

Has the ability to change this been revoked?
