Just joined upwork.... great idea, but bad first impression. I can't even login to the site and the same problem has been occurring for almost a year?

 No, this particular problem with Amazon AWS only happened once before, this year. But if you're talking about site outages, it happens periodically, sometimes for scheduled maintenance, and sometimes because of incidents.

No is not fixed, I have not been able to login for 3 days now.  I cleared my cache. but can't access it

The error is still occuring for me for the last three days at least. How can I solve this problem, or do I have to wait for UpWork to fix it?

We were experiencing site issues yesterday that were since fixed. You can check the status page for most recent updates. If you still see that error, could you please clear your cache and cookies and see if it helps.
