I was pre-approved for Expert Vetted Talent and got an email that the team would follow up in 4-6 weeks. I heard nothing until now. I just got an email that says:
We previously sent you an invitation to schedule your pre-vetting call in consideration for the Expert-Vetted Talent badge, however, we have noticed that you have not yet scheduled.
Please be advised that you have 5 business days from today to schedule your interview. If we do not receive a booking by then, we will have to move forward with other approved applications, and you will no longer be under review for the Expert-Vetted Talent badge.
I never received such an email and have searched through all of my inboxes and folders for such a thing. Nothing. I get stuck in a spiral with the support chatbot and can't connect with an actual person. I also can't find a place to submit a support ticket.
Can someone at Upwork help?
