Upwork is turning into a quite bad experience if you cannot contact support...

Anyway, I have a profile from 2014 which I want to revive and is visible.

When I apply for a job, it says Fivs, your link expired, contact support for a new link as it expires in 30 days. What's this? 

If this doesn't work, how do I go about closing this account and opening a new one? I see that now there is a long approval process.

My specialty also has changed and I don't want clients to see my jobs from 2014 as those specialties are something that I am not doing right now

Hi Anita,

Please keep in mind that freelancers are allowed to have only one account. Opening more than one account is a violation of our TOS.
I would also like to confirm that you will need to complete your profile up to 100% in order to be able to start sending proposals. One of our team members will reach out to you via ticket as soon as possible as well and assist you further with verification. Thank you.
